Antioxidant Chia Pudding

If you are wanting some quick, easy, tasty and healthy breakfast options in your life then chia pudding is an absolute must! Chia seeds are antioxidant rich and in this particular recipe I have bumped up the antioxidant factor with some powerful little blueberries which also have great antioxidant qualities. Ok I’ve said ‘antioxidant’enough now I think you get it!

The great thing about this recipe is that it is super quick, you’ll have made it and eaten it before you can say “chia!”


Antioxidant Chia Pudding

Serving Size: 1


  • 30g chia seeds
  • 100ml orange juice (try using freshly squeezed for extra freshness!)
  • 10ml/1 desert spoon of agave nectar
  • A healthy handful of blueberries


  1. Put the chia seeds in a bowl, pour over the orange juice and stir well
  2. Stir in the agave nectar
  3. Leave to stand for around 5 minutes
  4. Add the blueberries and stir again
  5. Leave to stand for a further 5 minutes then serve
