Raw Vegan Kale Bread

My dehydrator is like an old toy that sits in the kitchen gathering dust while I play with my favoured culinary toys such as the blender, food processor, lemon juicer, that cool garlic choppy thing I have. But every once in a while my dehydrator catches my eye and a pang of guilt rushes over me causing me to dust it off and fire it up! This happened recently and I’m so glad that it did because It led me to create a brand new raw bread recipe made from… you guessed it, kale!

This bread is very flavoursome and has the kale to thank for that. It is most definitely a savoury bread, so steer away from the nut butters and fruit toppings and more towards the salads, vegan cheeses, avocado, guacamole kind of toppings and fillings. I loved this bread and I managed to devour the whole batch in a timeframe that I am too embarrassed to disclose here! Give it a try if you are wanting a raw bread with a good flavour of its own!
